Can I return/be refunded for the items I bought from Lord Steampunk Shop?
The following items can’t be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns & money refund for:
– Custom or personalized orders – Items/products on sale. – Products that will get in touch with: hands, head and face.
Also due to the pandemic situation of the COVID-19 worldwide we don’t accept return & money refunds on items like masks, face masks, cyberpunk gas masks, steampunk goggles and other products which are in contact with the hands, head or the face.
Damaged products / Lost Products / Fabric
Lord Steampunk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Also please make sure to take some photos of the damaged product(s) and how arrived and send it to our support team as soon as possible.
