We ship Lord Steampunk orders internationally, with delivery available to most countries and regions worldwide. Availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product and local carrier network.

When will my order be processed?

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or for selected items, processing may take a little longer.

How long does delivery take?

International delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 weeks after processing. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. When tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used for your order. Please allow a few business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Will all my items arrive together?

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are dispatched separately or require different fulfilment routes. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking update.

What about customs and import charges?

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if my order is delayed?

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters processing or has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the item received. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Can I return an item?

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending anything back. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
